Younger behinds are more fun to watch!
They try harder to play, it’s not just a job.
Better fans.
I can get drunk while watching the game and have the next day to sober up and get rid of the hangover without being at work.

because there is more excitement. In proffesional football they are proffesional there is much less, interseptions, fumbles sacks, all that. we football fans love all that suspense

College ball is better in certain ways. Mine are
#1 ITS NOT ALL ABOUT MONEY!
#2 Theres no Vicks, no Terell Owens or no other mouth runners in college. If you run your mouth then your suspended.
#3 The Patriots arent in college to annoy everyones chances

I wouldn’t say that it’s better. Perhaps more exciting, though. Reason being that they use a lot of plays in college that you never see in the pros. Also, you tend to see more points racked up in college than in the NFL.

Because of days like yesterday.

Teams who were supposed to be elite were caught napping by teams everyone thought they would just roll over.

The NFL game just doesn’t do anything for me, other than watching the New Orleans Saints play. I just can’t get into it the same way I get into college football. More emotion, more teams, more pride, more…well, everything.

The money *big grin* I love college football. Granted your college players might go on to pros but it just seems to be a purer game without all that money hanging over their heads. The fans seem to be more down home. It’s safer in a way. With the wildness of the pros and now with all the bad press certain pro players are getting because of their shinanighans…what more can I say?

There is a higher turnover rate in college, in four years, every team will be 100% different.

Anybody who says college football isn’t about money is dumb. Those players are fighting for contracts in the NFL, and why else would Central Michigan allow UofM to absolutely crush them in the Big House almost every year?

I think its the other way round. NFL players are just……hotter.

College ball is a huge audition for the Pro’s. In my opinion when you go to college to play football you are trying to land a gig in the Pro’s. I think everyone would agree that college athletes are giving 100 percent and really trying to win a contest on the field. I havent watched a pro game in several years. I dont think professional football is rigged or anything, but it is a business. It is the last place an athlete can perform his job.

jeez what a stupid value judgement based argument. your thesis is blue is better than red.

i would go with the arguements you have in your mind and be glad i dont get to question you.

ive always liked college better because a few things. the guys on the field are kids, they arent getting paid for what they are doing, they are playing for the love of the game some hoping to go further with their career in football some to further their education. To me the games always seem more interesting. You dont see them showing off, doing these big victory dances on the end zone with a phone they pull out of no where. I just feel the players attitudes in college football are just soo much better!

Well their are numerous reasons but I won`t bore you and just list one. No matter how bad Notre Dame is playing. They can`t move to oh say L.A. just to get new Box seats and increased revenues.

Tradtion and passion. If you have ties to the school the passion is rediculous. Plus the students and alumni. The band. The top 25. Players playing for the game and not for money. Rivalries, confernce play. Bowl games. It all makes it better then the nfl. Fans of the nfl usually didnt go to college or a big school or the one they liked and there for like an nfl team. But people who went to a big college or gradauted from college I find usually like college football better.

I think College Football is BETTER because everyone is playing for pride and to move up to the next level. The NFL is full of overpaid jocks who are more interested in the dollar signs and think they are above the law.

These kids playing college ball are representing pride in their community.
Yeah..I know they go to different colleges than where some of them live, but its still pride in their selves and their school. They are only paid with applause and a chance to go pro…..
The pros…its all about money. Its a job, not a passion.
