i can’t give you exact figures but depending of the size of the high school there attending and the skill of the player the percent is low that they will go on to the a high college level like pac 10, big 12, but in smaller schools maybe but pro the chances are slim to none there are very few roster spot open to players that are not college stand outs so everyone else has to fight an uphill struggle that few make

High school to college - maybe 20%
College to pros - 1% or less

Not hard facts just an educated guess.

According to stats from the NFHS, NCAA, and NFLPA:
- About 1% of HS seniors who play football will play football in an NCAA Division 1, 2, or 3 school.

- About 1% of NCAA Divison 1, 2, or 3 players will ever make an NFL roster.

Therefore, only about 1 in 1000 HS seniors who play football will ever make an NFL team.
