Is it possible to be recruited for College Football without playing HS Football?

You need to be scouted to be recruited. If they dont have any opportunity to see you play, then you probably cant be recruited unless a coach sees you and your friends playing a pickup game or something, which is probably never going to happen.
You could be a walk-on though. Trying out for the team and making happens all the time.
You could walk on and try out for the team.
