Lets say you didn’t play high-school football, but you were a very good defensive tackle, is there any kind of program you can do so that you can still get recruited to play in college?

You need to be scouted to be recruited. If they dont have any opportunity to see you play, then you probably cant be recruited unless a coach sees you and your friends playing a pickup game or something, which is probably never going to happen.

You could be a walk-on though. Trying out for the team and making happens all the time.
