Every year, deserving teams get screwed over by a machine and they miss the chance to play for the title. Why not adopt a playoff system and make it more exciting and challenging? That way, ALL teams would get more than fair treatment? I just think it’s weird that the fate of a college football team is left up to something that is non human.

Most of them have top notch grades and will find better jobs after graduating. They play for their SCHOOLS. Only a small percentage of them will go on to play football for a living. Therefore they will give all they got everytime they step on the field.

Have you ever been to a college football game? The fans are way more passionate because they can acutally relate to the players.
